Clinical rigour, therapeutic depth and genuine curiosity.
I am a doctor and integrative psychosexual and relationship therapist. I have more than 500 hours of therapeutic experience supporting individuals and couples, as well as experience in NHS sexual health. I aim to create an open, compassionate space where sexuality and relationship difficulties can be explored without shame or judgement.
I also work in psychedelic-assisted therapy research at the Psychoactive Trials Group, Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King’s College London. Since August 2024, I have worked across regulated Phase II and III psychedelic clinical programmes. In COMP006 I work as a Sub-Principal Investigator and Therapist; in PANORAMA and CYB003, my role is specifically therapeutic.
These strands naturally inform one another. Questions of identity, embodiment, intimacy, trust and connection often sit at the heart of both relationship therapy and psychedelic integration. I offer a warm, culturally sensitive and LGBTQ+ affirming space in English or Spanish.
I came to this work with more than professional curiosity. As a gay immigrant who received a challenging diagnosis while still young, I know what it can mean to carry trauma, fear, stigma and isolation while appearing outwardly capable. Excellent medical care helped keep me physically well, but medicine alone could not answer the deeper questions the diagnosis raised about identity, intimacy, self-worth and belonging.
Psilocybin became an important part of my own healing journey. It did not erase the past or offer an instant cure. It helped me approach painful parts of myself with greater compassion, loosen defences that had once kept me safe, and feel more connected—to myself, to other people and to life. That experience shapes how I sit with others today: without judgement or pretence, and with a deep respect for both the courage healing asks of us and the time it can take.
